iii) your medical records is being retrieved from the CMagsys Clinic Management System in which is being purchased and used by the clinic that you have visited that is listed in MagsysApp mobile app as such this information is available to them

v)Professional advisors are experts who provide advice and guidance to businesses. They can include auditors, lawyers, and financial advisors. Sometimes, laws or regulations require businesses to seek advice from these experts. According to the rules of the PDPA, SCORE can charge a fee for processing any data access request.
SCORE might also say no if you ask to see or fix your personal information.

CONSENT WITHDRAWING

This includes stopping us from contacting you for marketing purposes. However, there are certain laws and rules we have to follow, and it may take some time to make these changes.
